Technical Support Engineer (Middle East)

Technical Support/Training:

  • Provide onsite/offsite technical support/training and guidance to System Integrators/end users of the applications.
  • Execute and manage the implementation of business application ensuring deadlines are met and full end user training has been completed.
  • Providing pre-sales designs support and corrugating on RFP’s, working closely with consultants and end customers for Proof of Concepts.
  • Incorporating training materials such as manuals, procedures, presentations, on-line training, and training programs to facilitate the implementation objectives.
  • Communicate business objectives and requirements to delivery teams via functional specifications.
  • Designs and conducts post training evaluations and assessments to ensure that training objectives are being met.
  • Act’s as an interface between the customer’s deployment team, System Integrator, and our development team and other stakeholders, throughout the Implementation lifecycle.
  • Proactive and resourceful in supporting in preparations for scheduled activities. Testing of pre-live system and guidance to users throughout the project.
