Infinova Technical Product Certification - Free Technical Training
To take part in the program, at each integrator site you must maintain at least one engineer with a current Infinova Technical Product Certification. The Infinova Technical Product Certification gives your technical team the practical skills and confidence they need to successfully design state-of-the-art video surveillance solutions that get the best evidence for your customers using Infinova Megapixel and IP products.
In a one day class you'll get the knowledge and hands-on practice you need to design, implement and troubleshoot IP video surveillance solutions for your customers. You'll be exposed to technical details of the latest IP video cameras and products from Infinova and learn how to build a real solution using our V2240 Video Management Software (Powered by Video Insight).
On completing the certification your engineer will receive 7.0 BICSI CECs and 0.5 NBFAA (NTS/ESA) CEUs towards their continuing education requirements for these organizations.
There is no charge for the training.

Extended Warranty
Once you complete the training requirements for the program you will have an additional year of warranty on all Infinova products and equipment.
Pre- and Post-Sales Technical Support
You can call Infinova's technical support team at any time and you will be able to arrange for on-site pre- and post-sales support to help you in design and implementation of Infinova solutions. In addition, we provide an emergency weekend support line that is only available to members of the program.
There are no annual support fees for Infinova's great technical support, helping build your business more quickly.
Advance Replacement Program
You will also have the benefit if Infinova's advance replacement program in which we will dispatch replacement products for you in advance of receiving the defective product back at our factory. This means you can offer better support service to your customers.
Infinova V2216 Network Video Management Software -ASIS 10 Accolades Award Winner 2010
At the ASIS 2010 security exhibition the ASIS International 2010 Accolades team of judges selected Infinova's V2216 Video Management System (VMS) as one of the security industry's most innovative new products of the past year. The V2216 VMS lets IP and analog cameras and equipment coexist. Existing analog equipment remains untouched working side-by-side with IP equipment.
With the purchase of each Infinova camera you will receive a V2216 license free of charge.
Marketing Support
You will have limited rights to use the Infinova logo on your website and commercial material. Infinova provides a range of marketing materials (datasheets, white papers, case studies etc.) that can be downloaded from our website to support customer presentations and quotations. Hard copies of these materials may be ordered by special request.
Infinova also looks to promote your success stories by publishing them as Case Studies on the Infinova website.
