Infinova Corporation only sells its products through a network of authorized channels selected and trained by Infinova. Our warranties do not cover any products purchased through any channels not authorized by Infinova.
Why should you only buy through an authorized channel?
To ensure you get the highest quality products and services from Infinova, we partner with the best channel partners in the industry. Unfortunately, Infinova products are sometimes sold by companies that are not authorized to do so. Products sold through these unauthorized channels are not purchased from Infinova Corporation and may fall in to one of the following categories:
- Purchased on a secondary "gray" market
- Pirated goods not produced by Infinova Corporation
- Damaged, defective or so-called "B" stock goods
- Stolen goods
Infinova Warranties do not cover products purchased through these unauthorized channels.
